- JAX Swiss Outbred mice are an albino outbred stock derived from a Swiss/ICR-derived stock from the Animal Resources Centre (ARC) in Australia.
- Females are excellent mothers and produce litters with an average of 14 pups.
- Females may be used as recipients for non-albino embryo transfers.
- These mice may be useful for toxicology and pharmacology screens.
- Please note: some mice carry the complement C5 deficiency (Hc0).
